Scheduling Delivery
You will receive an automated E-mail when your product arrives at our distribution center.
If you have an open balance, please contact the store you purchased your product from to finalize any payments. Your product cannot be scheduled for delivery if an open balance exists.
Day Before Delivery
You will receive an automated phone call from our delivery team with your 3-hour delivery window.
If you need to reschedule please contact the store you purchased your product from. Please have your original invoice information when contacting the store.
Day of Delivery
- Please be at your home during the window of your delivery. If you are not present a door tag will be left by our team, and you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees.
- Please make sure that the area where you wish to have your furniture placed is free and clear of any items.
- Please make sure that the path from the entrance of your home to where you wish your furniture to be placed is free and clear of any objects that may prevent our team from completing a successful delivery.
- Unfortunately our delivery teams are unable to move any of your personal items including but not limited to:
- Existing furniture (not being hauled away)
- Electronics, including electrical connections, lamps
- Wall mounted objects (ex: mirrors, pictures)
